There is equipment (see list below) available for short-term use for students currently enrolled in a photography course.
Checkout is available at the Lab Manager’s office, Sabinal 118.
Mon-Wed: 10am – 4pm
Thurs: 10am – 6pm
Sun: 3pm – 9pm
Equipment checkout is restricted to students currently enrolled in a photography course.
Students must present their Texas State University ID for checkout of all items.
Training on proper use of equipment is required prior to checkout.
Equipment is available on a first come, first served basis.*
Equipment checkouts are for a maximum of four days. Extended checkouts must be approved by the Lab Manager on a case-by-case basis.
Return equipment on time. Three instances of late/delinquent returns may result in a loss of checkout privileges.
During the dates of check out the student is solely responsible for the care, custody and control of the equipment.
Costs of repair or replacement of lost or damaged equipment will be paid by the student to Texas State University. Failure to do so may result in the loss of checkout privileges and ahold placed on the student’s records.
